Install VideoRevamp Helper
VideoRevamp Helper is a free browser extension that lets this site download videos from YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook and many other sites directly to your computer, in HD with sound. Downloads go straight from the video site to you, using your own connection: nothing passes through our servers, and you don't need an account.

What the extension can access
When you install it, your browser asks to let it read and change data on all websites. That's because videos are hosted on many different sites and servers, and the extension has to download from whichever one a link points to. In practice:
- It only contacts a video site when you paste a link on VideoRevamp and click Get Video or Download, and only the site that link belongs to (plus the servers that host that video's files).
- It doesn't use your logins or cookies, so it can only download videos that anyone can see without signing in.
- Only this website can use it. It doesn't read the pages you visit, your history or other tabs.
- It sends nothing to us. The download tool inside it is the open-source yt-dlp, running in your browser.
